Professional, determined, kind, honest, genuine and smart. Traci has been a god send for my husband and I as first time home buyers. Despite our lower budget and slim pickings in this market- Traci stuck by us for months and worked night and day (including while pregnant!) to find us the right home. Even when the rates changed, even when we switched lenders, even when everything was dang crazy- she held firm.

When we'd see a house, she would be honest and upfront about things we should consider or think about. She never faulted us for our very unique taste in homes and she was always willing to get the offer written no matter how funky the situation was or how creative we'd have to be. Our offers (even the ones we lost) were strong and I was so impressed every time she had a new idea to help us try and win the bid.

I had so many questions, both simple and complex and Traci answered them all without any hesitation. She's got a great sense of humor and her responses were always so thoughtful and detailed. Working with her is like working with a friend; comfortable and enjoyable.

As a busy physician re-locating from NYC, buying a house in PDX seemed like a daunting task! However, we were surrendipitously matched up with Traci through my hospital's relocation service, and she has been wonderful since day one when she took us on a housing tour of PDX on my interview day!  We managed to lock down the house of our dreams on Portland Heights despite having only a week of "vacation" budgeted towards house hunting-and Traci worked tirelessly to make it happen (including visiting an obscene number of houses)!!  She is also going above and beyond to connect us with contractors to get repairs and remodeling done prior to us moving-in.  The ability to have someone professional you trust is invaluable, especially when we are literally across the country!  We highly recommend Traci!
